Alumni of Institute of Advanced Management, Kolkata, having experience of around 20 + year’s in Hospitality oriented job profiles related to Operation, Academics, training & development. Presently serving as Principal with Ananta Institute of Hotel Management Jaipur,Pushkar and Udaipur (coming soon),part of Ananta Hotels and resorts. An eminent Hotelier Worked with Presidency college of Hotel Management,Bangalore (Part of Royal orchid Hotels)was involved in the mission of Corporate social responsibility and Skill development of the group .Also worked as Principal with Jaypee Hotels training Center Agra ,Jaypee Hotels & Founder Director with International institute of Hotel management Jaipur ,opened the campus and being awarded as best private Hotel management college in the year 2013 in Rajasthan .Served as principal with cambay Institute of Hotel management Jaipur and Udaipur and as training manager with Country Inn and suites by Carlson Jaipur , chef with Grand Hyatt Delhi and Radisson Chennai .
Completed master’s in tourism management and certified trainer for specialised subjects of EI AHLEI. Awarded with CHE (Certified Hospitality Educator) By AHLEI USA .

Post Graduation in tourism Studies Managment from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi and Three Year Degree holder in Hotel Managment from IHM, Jaipur. He has done Advance Diploma in Buisness Management from ICFAI University.
His work experiance includes 12 years in Academic and more than 2 years in operation at Jai Mahal Palace, Taj Jaipur (RAJASTHAN). His area of specialization is food Production. He had served as a Academician for 12 years at Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur National University and Rai Foundation, NIILM University. He is taking care of Food & Beverage Production and Facility Planning.



Diploma in Hotel management from IHM Meerut 96 Batch, worked with Taj hotels and many reputed groups as Operation manager. Work experience of more than 20 years in hospitality and 10 years of teaching experience.

With the market professional certificate [ level 1 ] from NSC and AMFI . Experience of more than 5 years in the field of education and research with 8 research papers published in national and international journals and also have attended more then 15 national and international conferences and seminars .
He is currently supervising as a MBA coordinator of Aihmas .

A highly experienced Trainer with more than a decade of experience in Hotel Industry started with Taj group of Hotels spent more than 08 years in Hotel operations in Food & Beverage Service department and almost 05 year in Human Resource department as Learning & Development Manager , over his tenure he worked with the best hotel chains of the world like Orchid Hotels , ITC Hotels and Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group.

With specialisation in marketing and finance, has worked with Axis bank carrying total experience of more than 7 years including academics and corporate. Worked as a content writer for renowned universities, she is handling the counselling cell of the institute and expert in handling students and parents relationship.

Ms. Payal Bhatia

A young and dynamic person with Degree in Commerce , and Post Graduate in International Business she is instrumental in student counselling and interactions. She has an experience of over With 3 years in Education Industry.



With a Hospitality Degree and a career sprawled over 15 years, Bharat has an extensive experience in Food & Beverage department, Bar Training, Whisky and Wine Master Classes, Bar design and Beverage Consultancy. Fascinated by the epitome of French wines and vast gastronomy moved him to pursue Wine and Beverage Education.

Holding an Advanced Level in Wines and Spirits and a Professional Certificate in Spirits, both with merit, from WSET, worldwide leader in Wine Education. He has worked in several wineries and had hands on practical training on all aspects of wine making processes from Vine grafting to Wine bottling, worked with several Michelin Star Chef’s, and renowned hotel groups like The Imperial, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Oberois, Ritz Carlton, Marriott, Accor Group, Starwood Hotels, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.

Participated and conducted many wine seminars and exhibitions and met some big names both from Old and New world wines. Bharat has travelled extensively across the globe, savoring dishes around the world and always sharing his knowledge gained internationally.

He realized a high demand of qualified professionals, skills and trained manpower in the Wine and beverage industries and to fulfill that need, he founded PTP and started imparting his experience and knowledge through this channel.

We are proud to join hands with PTP and this co venture will not only help shaping wine education l of students at Ananta but to many students where we carve their life and future ahead.
