MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE

Mr. Lovkesh Srivastava

With Swiss Certificate in Hospitality education from Swiss Hotel Management School Leysen, Switzerland and MBA in marketing from leading management institute he heads the learning and development initiative at Ananta. He has more than 18 years of experience in education and research and has worked with brands like Taj, Yes Bank and Neesa Education. He also has Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Diploma in Hotel Management from Hotel Management College New Delhi. To his credit he has created numerous hotel management colleges and advised hotels in the state such as Seedling Academy, Cambay, Aryaniwas, Amber Pride to name a few.

MRS. K. BRATATI NARAYAN

Post-Graduate – MA Economics
M.A. in Economics and Post Graduates Diploma in Public Relation she specializes in Bakery and Housekeeping. She has more than 30+ years of experiance in Hospitality and Academics plus Training & Placement Coordinator. Certified trainer in H.K. from American Hotel & Lodging Association (A.H. & LA). She has worked with brands like Holidays Inn, Hotel Smapurna International, Program Director ITDC- Mewar University. A strong motivator by nature can handle students very effectively.

MR. UMANG BHARATWAL

PG(Tourism), BHM
Post Graduation in tourism Studies Managment from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi and Three Year Degree holder in Hotel Managment from IHM, Jaipur. He has done Advance Diploma in Buisness Management from ICFAI University.
His work experiance includes 12 years in Academic and more than 2 years in operation at Jai Mahal Palace, Taj Jaipur (RAJASTHAN). His area of specialization is food Production. He had served as a Academician  for 12 years at Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur National University and Rai Foundation, NIILM University. He is taking care of Food & Beverage Production and Facility Planning.

MR. RAHUL MATHUR

Diploma in Hotel management from IHM Meerut 96 Batch, worked with Taj hotels and many reputed groups as Operation manager. Work experience of more than 20 years in hospitality and 10 years of teaching experience.

Mr. Suresh Kr. Yadav

PhD. MBA. M.Com. NET. Fellowship – UGC.
With the market professional certificate [ level 1 ] from NSC and AMFI . Experience of more than 5 years experience in the field of education and research with 8 research papers published in national and international journals and also have attended more then 15 national and international conferences and seminars .
He is currently supervising as a MBA coordinator of Aihmas .

MR.VISHNU SINGH

MBA, BHM
Degree holder in Hotel Management & Catering Technology Management & M.B.A. Also a Certified Triner, Hotel, Housekeeping, Front office Management from American Hotel & Lodging Association (A.H. & LA). He has varied experience of 8 years. He had worked with Cambay & Ashoka Institute of Hospitality Management, Amity University etc. Worked as Corporate Trainer to Rajasthan Police Personals. Attended several Seminars, Conferences & Training Programmers & has guided the students with their project work at graduate level & post graduate level. Presently, he is the Programme Coordinator of the institute and HOD of Front Office Department.

MR. ANIL PHATAK

MBA, BHMCT
Degree Holder in Hotel Management & Catering Technology & MBA. He specializes in F&B and Bar Tending and has good command over taking practical session of Bar Tending . Also worked with leading hotles like Soubrnir, Sujan Raj Mahal Palace and Hotel Royal Empire. Students immense experience to the world of hospitality.

Ms. Payal Bhatia

A young and dynamic person with Degree in Commerce , and Post Graduate in International Business she is instrumental in student counselling and interactions. She has an experience of over With 3 years in Education Industry.

MR.BHARAT SINGH RATHORE

With a Hospitality Degree and a career sprawled over 15 years, Bharat has an extensive experience in Food & Beverage department, Bar Training, Whisky and Wine Master Classes, Bar design and Beverage Consultancy. Fascinated by the epitome of French wines and vast gastronomy moved him to pursue Wine and Beverage Education.

Holding an Advanced Level in Wines and Spirits and a Professional Certificate in Spirits, both with merit, from WSET, worldwide leader in Wine Education. He has worked in several wineries and had hands on practical training on all aspects of wine making processes from Vine grafting to Wine bottling, worked with several Michelin Star Chef’s, and renowned hotel groups like The Imperial, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Oberois, Ritz Carlton, Marriott, Accor Group, Starwood Hotels, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.

Participated and conducted many wine seminars and exhibitions and met some big names both from Old and New world wines. Bharat has travelled extensively across the globe, savoring dishes around the world and always sharing his knowledge gained internationally.

He realized a high demand of qualified professionals, skills and trained manpower in the Wine and beverage industries and to fulfill that need, he founded PTP and started imparting his experience and knowledge through this channel.
